These sculptures, designed and created by NJ artist, Jessica Osborne-Mungekar and the Longport community was a collaboration between ocean city arts (OCAC) and the Longport public library. The public library brought residents and Jessica together to create visual artwork that represents flood awareness and climate resilience, something that is vitally important to this barrier island community.

Each Participant was invited to collaboratively paint two large spheres and also a five-inch personal sphere. These spheres tell the stories of the community’s relationship to Coastal Flooding.
