Jessica Osborne-Mungekar was selected to create three public art installations in Cape May County with the Ocean City Arts Center. The first of which is a permanent public art installation that will be placed in front of the LongPort Historical Museum. This installation will be created with community participation. The installation will mark the 125th anniversary of Longports’ incorporation and reflect the community’s storm awareness through their memories of the past storms, including Sandy.

Unveiling : June 17th at 10:00am

This project is hosted by The Climate Resilience Community-Based Arts Program jury for inclusion in the community-based coastal flooding awareness project; In partnership with The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, and Ocean City Arts Center (OCAC).
